Almighty God, whose Son Jesus Christ is the resurrection and the life: raise us, who trust in him,
from the death of sin to the life of righteousness, that we may seek those things which are above,
where he reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.

Post Communion
Merciful Father, you gave your Son Jesus Christ to be the good shepherd, and in his love for us to lay down his life and rise again:
keep us always under his protection, and give us grace to follow in his steps, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

On 6th May the church bell ringers will be ringing out joyously in celebration of the Coronation of
HM King Charles III &
Queen Camilla.
The event will start at Kings Sutton - 1.30pm & the ringers will endeavour to ring at Aynho, Croughton & Evenley at 3pm

And finally
The first of several services at Steane took place on Sunday 23rd April.
The evensong service was led by our Rural Dean,
Father Matthew Robinson.
To be able to attend such a peaceful service in a lovely setting was such a joy and we give thanks to Father Matthew for his involvement and we also thank those members from the Most Holy Trinity Church, Hinton for organising the event.
